It is a beautiful fall day as I write this letter. The sun is shining and the leaves are beautiful shades of red and orange - makes me wish that I could paint landscapes!! I wanted to catch you up on what is new, including the dates for 2009 seminars.

I’ve discovered that many of you do not know about the WISH LIST that you can print off my website. This is a list that webmaster Vikki has prepared of all my products. There is a column for you to record what you already have in your stash, and what products you wish to get in the future.

Painting Tips

30 DAY HEALTH MUFFINS
From Turly Bower England

2 eggs
350ml wholewheat flour (1 cup)
375ml brown sugar (1 1/2 cups)
500ml Bran (2 cups)
5ml Vanilla Essence (1 tsp)
250ml mixed dried fruit (1 cup)
500ml milk (2 cups)
250ml dates (1 cup)
10ml Bi-carb

(if no dates, substitute 1 extra cup mixed fruit)

Whisk eggs, Oil, sugar, vanilla and milk. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Put in airtight container and leave overnight in 'fridge. spoon into greased patty pans (muffin tins)

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes

Mixture can be safely kept in 'fridge for 30 days & used as required.

When required, mix mixture with wooden spoon before spooning into muffin tins.

(I don't like dates, so I use an extra cup of mixed fruit, which makes them sweeter and so use only 1/2 cup of sugar.

I also add half a cup of wheatgerm as it is supposed to be good for lowering High Blood Pressure - which I suffer from)
